Support

Secure Code by Design is a supported product. Customers with an active subscription receive support for both scd (the command-line tool) and scd-server (the dashboard and analysis server) under a single subscription.

What support covers

Support is provided by email and covers installation, licensing, configuration, and product behaviour across both scd and scd-server — including the license lifecycle (activation, heartbeat, grace periods, machine-binding changes), scan results and findings triage, and dashboard usage.

Hours

We answer email support during Swedish office hours, Monday to Friday (excluding Swedish public holidays).
